Our philosophy at K9 AKITAS is to breed quality, sound, all-purpose Akitas, paying close attention to bloodlines, health, and socialization skills, while maintaining good looks and complying to the AKC Breed's Standards (OFA) (CERF) (OFEL) (PENNHIP)

We strive to offer to our buyers genetically sound, quality puppies.  All our puppies have their first shots, are dewormed, dew claws are removed, American Kennel Club registered, have pedigrees and come with a written guarantee for all major inherited and congenital problems.  We breed only from sound stock.  We want you to find that special puppy, which will be eager to please and be a perfect companion, specially selected for your family.  We strive to make sure that each puppy fits in your home with your family, with your lifestyle.  We offer any help that is needed to help your puppy be well adjusted, healthy, happy and fun to be with.  We want you to enjoy your Akita like we have enjoyed Riggs.  One of the most important parts of our philosophy is your families and new puppy well being.  This includes making sure that you are fully aware of the responsibility the Akita comes with.  They take special care, TRAINING, and socialization that many other breeds of dogs do not require.
